Eye Sweep

video

Regularly sweep your eyes left-centre-right and back and front-middle-rear and back, so that you engage all members of your audience. The actor Tom Cruise once told an interviewer: "A lot of the time, what acting is really about is meeting someone's eye."

Massage

Take a generous amount of cream: squeeze in the palm

Massage my arm

This hand supports; the other hand glides

Massage my thighs

Circular motions: all the way round with our fingertips

Massage my hips

Repeat three times

Massage my spine

Tell the whole leg I’m still there

Massage my hair

Would you be able to give me a nice deep breath please?

Massage my knees

Feel the muscle beneath

Massage my teeth

Careful not to overexpose the patient: gently moving back the towels

Massage my jowls

Hack with your fingers relaxed until the area numbs

Massage my thumbs

Repeat on the other side as before

Massage my jaw

You’ve definitely increased circulation in the tissue when a red glow appears

Massage my ears

Train to Crewe

I'm going to camp Crewe
In my Crewe-cut vest
I'm drinking some stewe
of interest

Those cows are walking in a really good line
They do that sometimes, cows do
They do.

Swing the golf ball
Hit the train
I can explain

So if you're tired of glasses. Go to New York a Phonic Center on Eleven West Fourty-Second Street near Fifth Avenue for sight with no hassle.

I was in this prematurely air-conditioned super market

and there were all these aisles

and there were all these bathing caps that you could buy

which had these kind of Fourth of July plumes on them

they were red and yellow and blue

I wasn't tempted to buy one

but I was reminded of the fact that I had been avoiding the beach

Lets Dance Sugar Lips

video

Workshop run by Rebecca Gamble at this year's Summer Lodge
I really enjoyed dancing in a confined space with other people, yet being unaware of what they were doing. I felt uninhibited when copying my avitar.
